For all warranty claims, you MUST retain your purchase receipt. A warranty may only be claimed where proof of original purchase is presented, i.e.original purchase receipt or invoice. We suggest you take a copy of the original purchase receipt as they tend to fade overtime & attach this to your instruction booklet & store in a safe place.
